2. No Refunds for Virtual Currency and Licensed Items

All payments are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Once a payment is converted into virtual currency or used to acquire Licensed Items (including but not limited to downloadable items, content, and subscriptions), no refund, exchange, or cancellation is provided. We will not provide refunds for any unused portions of subscriptions, unused virtual currency, or any Licensed Items, regardless of whether you stop using the services or your account is terminated.

3. Subscription Services

Specific services, such as reading services, are provided on a subscription basis. These subscriptions expire after a defined period (e.g., one month from the subscription date). We do not provide refunds for subscription fees after a subscription has been activated, including if you do not use the service during the subscription period. In certain circumstances, such as when content becomes unavailable due to copyright disputes or other reasons, we may, at our sole discretion, attempt to extend your access period. However, this does not constitute a right to a refund, and we are not liable for the unavailability of content.

4. Billing Errors

No refunds will be provided for billing errors reported after 30 days. You are responsible for any charges incurred due to errors you cause (e.g., incorrect purchases).
